? Measure the implementation of your most critical incident prevention processes

測量最重要的事故預防過程的實施情況。

? Choose only the most critical measure ... don’t try to measure too many things (2-4 is about right)

貴精不在多，2-4個就合適。

? Measures may evolve over time as your culture and systems mature

隨著文化與系統(tǒng)逐步成熟，測量方式或許會升級。

? Measure frequency for immature processes ... measure quality for mature processes

對不成熟的過程，側重測量的頻率。而成熟的過程，應側重測量的質量。

? OK to have multiple types of measures for different audiences (worker, supervisor, management)

測量方法可以因地制宜，因人而設。

? No need to measure those behaviors or processes that are inherently part of your culture

? Just because you can measure something doesn’t mean you should

? When measuring quality, utilize simple checklists to achieve some level of objectivity
